Hi Anne. I'm happy this service is here. My boyfriend of 3 months has a hugely stressful management position in a well known company. His mother was recently informed she has a few months to live (uterine cancer). He is going through a messy divorce--his daughter, 17 is clingy. I believe he misses the "dad" situation (daughter lives with mom) and responds to some fairly unreasonable requests at odd hours of the day/night-the requests are usually monetary in nature or, well, I have a different parenting style-I prefer to see my own children become independent and responsible, more charitable towards others. In the priority list, his Mom is 1st (no problem, there); a scheduled golf game, second; his daughter, third; and I get a call--this is my weekend with him. I want to get together with him to talk about a situation at his job that has been bothering him--I feel incidental in this relationship. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
