Asylum Squad Comic Strip 12

Recently, a woman hosting a blog that helps promote the work of women affected with mental illness, contacted me and asked me to create something for her site. So I put together a two page comic (unrelated to the stories of Asylum Squad), and it was just recently posted. Sarafin is a Toronto-based artist and writer, a student of illustration, and a self-described psychiatric survivor. She currently writes and draws a webcomic entitled 'Asylum Squad', which exemplifies the psychotic experience, satirizes psychiatry, and parodies drug culture.
