Asylum Squad Comic Strip 57

Asylum Squad Comic Strip 57

Ok - so the book launch date for the release of 'Asylum Squad Side Story: The Psychosis Diaries' has been set. It will fall on the 15th of July, at 7:00 PM, at The Secret Handshake clubhouse in downtown Toronto. The Secret Handshake is a peer-run schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder support group, that is non-clinical, and has more to do with artwork and poetry than it does with anything medical. The clubhouse is located at 189B Mutual St., upper level, and is open to the public only for events, or by appointment.

I'm still on a mere 2 mgs of Abilify, and am doing splendidly! In addition to my very low dose of medication, I take 4000 mgs of fish oil (omega 3), 4000 mgs of vitamin D, and two vitamin B complex pills each day. I also eat a high protein diet, and have started regular exercise. I continue to abstain from all intoxicants, save a cold beer on a hot day. ;-)
