First and foremost self healing thoughts require physical and emotional stability.
1. Physical stability:Proper sleep,diet,exercise
2. Emotional stability:directly affected by physical + stuff like trust, respect , fun, inclusion, importance and security.
Drugs do not cure only supress symptoms. If one cannot sleep it may lead to mania. One cannot rationally fine tune behavior while manic. Hospitalizations are many times traumatizing, physicly and emotionally draining. Psyc Dr's commonly fail to demonstrate any sense of human connection well enough establish enough trust and respect to believe in their advice or prescription.
