The website provides extensive health information, as well as research opportunities, clinical trials, frequently asked questions, and reports/studies. The site is easy to navigate and is well organized.

Diabetes Public Health Resource
This site by the CDC provides an extensive collection of resources about Diabetes including frequently asked questions, symptoms, risk factors, types, treatment options and other resources for more information.

MedLine Plus
This site provides overviews, diagnosis/treatment information, prevention/screening tools, coping with diabetes, nutrition, statistics, and organizations/resources regarding diabetes. There are also special sections for Children, Men, Women and Seniors. The information is thorough and understandable.

National Diabetes Education Program
This program is sponsored by the National Institute of Diabetics, Digestive and Kidney Diseases and the Center for Diabetes Control and Prevention.  They are working together to improve the treatment and outcomes of diabetes in individuals, families, communities, and health care systems. The website includes a number of publications and resources for those with the condition or those supporting someone who has diabetes.  They publish "Do Your Level Best" kits and diabetes kits to public and health care professionals.
